| Q: How do I search for a property? | | A: To search for a property, First choose either the for sale or for rent options. Then fill in the criteria that you would like to use to narrow down your search. When you are finished, hit the GO! icon, and your search begins. |
| Q: How do I post my property? | | A: To post a property, you must first login to your account. Next click on the List your home! its free! icon. Fill the required fields and then hit the submit button on the bottom of the form. Your listing will then be posted to the site within 24 hours. |
| Q: How do I edit my listing? | | A: To edit your listing, first login to your account, then hit the my property tab. Find the listing that you wish to edit and hit the edit link in the middle of the listing. |
| Q: How do I edit my password or e-mail? | | A: To edit your password, login using your orginial password, then hit the edit password icon on the top left, then fill in your new password and hit submit |
| Q: What if I forgot my password? | | A: If you forget you password, hit the login icon on the top right hand corner of the screen, then hit the forgot password field. Fill in your e-mail address and hit submit. Your password will then be sent to your e-mail account. |
| Q: How do I add a photo? | | A: To add a photo to your listing, first login to your account, then pick the listing that you would like to add photo(s) to. When you hav found your selection, hit the edit icon. You will then see a image field to the right hand corner of the screen. Hit the browse icon to find the photo that you would like to post. when you are finished, hit the submit button on the bottom of the screen, your photos will then be posted. |
| Q: How do I delete my listing after it is sold? | | A: To delete your listing, e-mail us at support@kizzy.com. Be sure to include your name and the kizzy ID# of the listing(s) that you would like to be deleted. |
| Q: How can I make my property featured? | | A: To make a listing featured, you must first enter in a new listing under your account, after you have enter in all the required information, hit the submit button on the bottom of the screen. Check to see if you listing looks correst to you, then scroll to the bottom of the screen. You will now have the choice to list your property for free, or make it featured, hit the featured icon and fill in the req. information. After you have completed your transaction, your listing will be featured. |
| Q: How can I advertise with Kizzy? | | A: To advertise with Kizzy, just click on the advertise with Kizzy Icon on the right side of the home page. next fill in the form, (be sure to check it over) then hit the submit icon. A Kizzy representive will then contact you within 24-48 hours. |
| Q: How do I activate my account? | | A: To activiate your account, you must first create an new account. Once you have created your account, an activation link will be sent to your e-mail address. | Q: How do I create an account? | | A: To create an account, simply click the create account icon on the top right hand corner of the screen, or click on the List your home! Its Free! icon in the middle of the screen. Then fill in the required fields in create an account form. Make sure that you read over our terms and conditions/policy policies, and check the box if you agree. Before finishing, make sure that all your information is correct, then click on the create my account icon on the bottom of the screen. Your activation link will then be sent to your e-mail address.
